Why choose Anatomy Well-being online rehab?

Typically an ACL injury takes around nine months to heal. Research suggests that even after this healing phase, it's crucial to continue strength and conditioning exercises for up to two years post-surgery to prevent re-injury.

Unfortunately, the NHS often provides limited appointments for ACL patients, which is insufficient for creating personalised rehabilitation plans that include regular performance assessments, check-ins, and continuous progression of the rehab process, which the current literature suggests for successful ACL rehab.

Most of ACL rehabilitation relies on your commitment in the gym or playing field. This service will create a tailored plan specifically designed for your lifestyle and goals, whether you aim to return to elite sports or focus on everyday activities.
