Welcome to Anatomy Well-being!

The mission is to provide evidence based advice, education, exercise rehabilitation and outstanding hands on treatments for muscular-skeletal injuries, from sports professionals to desk workers.

Ashley has 10 years of experience dealing with sporting and occupational issues and is trained to find the cause of the problem rather than just treating the symptom.

Anatomy Well-being is confident to provide a patient centered recovery with a personalised advice and aftercare plan.

All Therapists are fully qualified and insured.

Ashley Watson is a qualified physiotherapist and the founder of Anatomy Well-being.

Previously Ashley has worked with Peterborough United FC academy and in private practice experiencing a huge range of sporting and non-sporting injuries. Ashley has recently been the therapist for the Great Britain Bobsleigh team on the European and world cup circuit. Ashley Also works as an MSK and orthepeadic physiotherapist at Fitzwilliam private hospital so has a lot of experience with pre and post operative patients as well as general MSK injuries. Finally Ashley is sub-contracted to British & England athletics and has been physiotherapist to many Olympic athletes as well as being working at the indoor and outdoor British Athletics Championships.

A fun fact about Ashley is that he competed for Great Britain & Jamaica in the sport of Bobsleigh as a brakeman, and was an athlete in the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics for team Jamaica. Ashley now competes internationally in powerlifting for Great Britain.
