Ashley has years of experience dealing with sporting and occupational issues and are trained to find the cause of the problem rather than just treating the symptom.

Ashley Watson graduated as a sports therapist at the University of Bedfordshire in 2015 and is the founder of Anatomy Well-being. He is also studying a masters degree in Physiotherapy will he will graduate in late 2021.
Previously Ashley has worked with Peterborough United FC academy and in private practice experiencing a huge range of sporting and non-sporting injuries. Ashley has recently been the therapist for the Great Britain Bobsleigh team on the European and world cup circuit.
A fun fact about Ashley is that he competed for Great Britain in the sport of Bobsleigh as a brakeman, and was also a national sprinter and academy football player.
